A site visit tells you things a brochure can’t. Here is how to get the most out of yours.
Scheduling your visit
Use the “Book a site visit” button on this site, or call our team. We will confirm the exact address, the entry point and a time that suits you. Weekday visits are usually quieter if you want more time with the team.
Before you go
- Ask for the floor plan and price sheet in advance
- Write down your questions on payment plan, possession and charges
- Bring the family members who will be part of the decision
What to check on the ground
- Approach roads — drive in from Dwarka Expressway and NH-48 yourself.
- Tower orientation — ask which direction your preferred unit faces.
- Views — ask what is planned on the surrounding plots.
- Sample flat or mock-up — check room sizes against the floor plan.
- Specifications — flooring, fittings and kitchen as listed in writing.
- Club and open spaces — where they sit within the master plan.
- Paperwork — RERA status, approvals and a copy of the draft agreement.
After the visit
Compare your notes with the official documents. Ask for anything that was promised verbally to be confirmed in writing.
